Our clients love the way we engage with them and help them understand their puppy and not just simply “train the dog”. It’s important for owners to gain the skills to carry on training and developing their puppy after our sessions are completed. We find that this approach ensures maximum, long-standing success and very happy clients.

How can we help?

We have a range of different training services that are geared around being flexible to your requirements while having the structure and content to deliver results. Our pre-packaged services are below, but we can also put together something bespoke for you, just contact us and we'll work out a schedule just for you.

After each of our sessions we will provide a follow up either via recorded video or email/text if you prefer. We find that follow up is really valuable in ensuring you're on the right track.

Choosing the right dog for you

Choosing the right breed of puppy, with the right temperament and from the right breeder can be a bit of a minefield and somewhat of a lottery for most people. We'll discuss your home environment, work commitments etc. and help guide you towards breeds that will be suitable to you and your life. We will also talk you through the selection and buying process as it's so easy to get carried away with the emotional side of buying a puppy and possibly making the wrong decision. We're happy to schedule a free 15 min call to help get you on the right track. After you've made your informed decision on a new member to your family, let us know and maybe take us up on our Pre Puppy Preparation session.

Training Services

Pre Puppy Preparation

This session is designed to help you prepare for your puppy’s arrival to its new home. A lot of anxiety for you, your new puppy, and then subsequent behavioral problems can be prevented by ensuring you have a puppy friendly environment ready before they arrive. Also, it’s important to ensure each human family member understands their role in making your new puppy feel welcome, comfortable and ease their integration into their new home. We will cover subjects such as crate training, feeding, toilet training, introduction to positive reinforcement, and generally how to cope with a new puppy.

Puppy First Steps

The early stages of your puppy’s life are critical in terms of their development and how you introduce various environmental factors to them. Starting early and building gradually with a structured approach to developing your puppy’s awareness of the world is key to a happy and confident dog which is a pleasure to be around. I’ll build a plan for you and your puppy that is tailored to your home, your family and your circumstances that will get you and your puppy started positively on your life together.

1 hour 1to1 session - £50

Perfect Puppy Course

Using the plan we created in “Puppy First Steps”, we will introduce the techniques you need to get your puppy started on their journey to be a great family dog. Things such as crate training, toileting, sit, stay, down, walking on a loose lead, recall and socialisation across various situations. We can tailor these sessions to include specific things you may want to cover. We keep these sessions fun for you and your puppy and always provide video or text follow up after each session. We're always contactable for advice in between our sessions too.
